Hybrio combines a key feature of throw-away batteries (just take them out of the pack and use immediately) with the advantages of rechargeable batteries  use the rechargeable over 500 times, save the planet and save cash.The Hybrio super battery is sold ready for use in a wide range of electrical gizmos from remote controls, toys, radios and alarm clocks to MP3 and CD players and digital cameras.Because it can be repowered 500 times or more, the Hybrio is the equivalent of 500 or more throw-aways costing around 1,500.Uniross, a leader in battery innovation, created the Hybrio following research among 2000 consumers in Britain and France* who said they would buy rechargeable batteries if they came already charged.

While on shelf, the Hybrio will hold its charge in the pack for more than one year.
