Hello and thanks for the support,
No this site is not going offline.
We are currently trying to acquire more samples. We also have a lot of test data that needs to be formatted.
It would be great if a lot more people provided support and let us know if the site is giving them good information and if the information is influences their buying choices.
Support is difficult to get and I get the impression that retailers just want to make a buck, regardless of what they sell.
So that being said, I wonder if they like it when we publish our test results that does not look good for some of their products.
As far as retailers are concerned, in my opinion :
A satisfied customer who buys rechargeable batteries will come back for more, and spend more...
An unhappy customer will likely stop using rechargeables all together.... AND THATs BAD for EVERYONE
